Senior Manager
I had a screen with HR that was just gathering information. Then, a 1-hour phone interview with a senior manager. We talked about my past experience and how it fits the challenges for this job. After that, there was a 3-person in-person interview at their office. It was pretty relaxed, and the questions were varied because the panel was from different departments. Lastly, a Skype call with the hiring manager who was in the US. They seem like really passionate people who want to do the right thing and hire the right people to move the company forward. They explained the challenges of the role well, and I appreciated their honesty, which made the job feel more real and me more engaged. I ended up accepting the offer.

Manager
Applied online through LinkedIn after seeing a JD. HR called after a few weeks for some very basic questions. Then had a telephonic interview with the Hiring Manager, which was more about cultural fit than technical skills. Round 3 was an onsite interview. The first part involved three case studies where I had an hour to prep and present. The second part was a HR and VP interview, again focused on cultural fit. Got an offer two weeks later. The HR was nice and allowed for some negotiation. A verbal offer was made first, then the official letter was sent.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in Travelport?
Relationship Manager
The interview process was good and took about a week. It was a smooth experience overall. The managers were great and guided me through the process nicely. The onboarding was also smooth and nice. They are looking for truthful people, so stick to actual and true business examples.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What makes you want to work for this company?
- What special skills or experiences do you offer?
