After submitting my application, I was invited to a HireVue video interview, which was recorded. I think this was the first step in the process. The questions were mainly general, and focused on a candidate's behavioral aspects.

After the initial phone interview, I had an assessment centre with Travelport. It was a great experience, although it was hard to find the place as it was in an industrial estate. The office looked nice and the receptionist was very helpful. It started with an introduction, then we were split into two groups for a group task, followed by a face-to-face interview and an on-the-day test.

The interview process was pretty simple, with mostly general questions that weren't super technical. Some questions were phrased a bit strangely, so be sure to understand them before you answer. Overall, it wasn't too difficult.
