The interview process was disappointing. First, I did a recorded video answers round. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager. The third round involved presenting a take-home assignment to the hiring manager and another manager. I was told it was the final round and I'd hear by week's end. I followed up and was told the same thing, but it's been three weeks with no response. It's unprofessional to ghost candidates after three rounds and an assignment.

I applied online which was pretty easy and didn't take much time. About two weeks later, the HR manager emailed me late at night. We set up a phone call for a few days later. He told me about the job and asked some usual questions. He also told me about the benefits and salary. He said I did well and my info would go to the hiring manager. I didn't hear back for over a month.

There were 4 rounds of interviews before they made a decision. The first was a phone call with HR to see if I was interested and a good fit, and if my salary expectations were okay. Then, I had a video interview with the hiring manager, followed by another video interview with the department head. The final round was a video interview with the local MD, and there was also a writing test. It's interesting that they scheduled the 4th interview before the 3rd one was even finished, and moving to the next stage didn't guarantee I was still in the running. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and professional, representing the company well.
