The interview process was nice and straightforward. Communication was clear at every stage, scheduling was smooth, and the interviewers made the conversation comfortable. The questions were relevant and focused, giving me a good chance to share my experiences and learn more about the role. Overall, it felt well-structured, professional, and respectful of my time.

First, there's a standard face-to-face interview with management. Then, you have to come in super early, like 4:30 am, for a group tour of the hotel. They asked us some questions as a group, and I wasn't sure how relevant they were to getting hired, but it felt like they could still play a part. After that, they make an offer.

The interview was pretty easy, the interviewer was nice and friendly. She was positive about the whole thing, and she said that all I needed to start working there was a share code. I sent the share code I got to the recruitment email address immediately after getting home. However, that email address was not correct, and the person in charge of recruitment told me that but didn't offer any help. After that, it took a week for them to tell me that I didn't get the job. It might have been because they never got my share code, which wasn't my fault, or because I wasn't the right fit for the job. Make sure to ask the interviewer for a management email address if they ask you for a share code, even if they say it's not needed.

  • Were you able to apply for a share code?
