It was a great chat, I felt comfortable asking questions and they were all answered. The business is great and very well organised. The replying process was very fast, I got an answer from my interview in a week and a personal call with the recruiting manager giving me feedback.

Don't bother applying for management positions if you're not already working there, as they tend to promote from within; advertising these roles is just a formality. The entire process took about two weeks and went pretty smoothly. The recruiter was pleasant and explained things clearly. She conducted the initial phone interview. Later, she got in touch to say they'd found a candidate who was a better fit. Honestly, I felt I had the necessary knowledge and skills for the job, and the interview seemed to go well. I found the recruitment process to be unfair, and I suspect I was discriminated against for reasons I'd rather not get into.

The process was really well organised. I had a phone screening, then phase one and phase two, all within a fortnight. The interviews themselves were relaxed but challenging - it was a fantastic environment to get the best from a candidate like myself. I enjoyed the process from start to end and found everyone, including the Recruitment Team, supportive and friendly.
