Sales Consultant
It's all digital. They schedule a meeting with the retail manager and store leader via WhatsApp or Teams. After a few days, they send you feedback. Overall, the interview is pretty relaxed and easy.
- Can you tell me about yourself and your work experiences?
- How do you feel about working in a dynamic environment?
- Do you like working in a team?
Sales Consultant
Applied on their website and completed their application process. I had to take a quick math test, calculator allowed. About a week and a half later, I got an email or phone call. If invited for an interview, be aware that the dates are strict, so plan ahead. I met the Area Manager, who was very friendly, outgoing, and casual, at an airport cafe. We chatted briefly about how the interview would proceed. I then took a 30-minute test covering math and foreign currency, details of which were provided in an email beforehand, along with interview timings. Following the test, we discussed my past experience with customer satisfaction, handling complaints, and customer environments. We also went over details about the shifts and what I'd need to provide if I were offered the position. A few days later, I received a call from the recruitment manager, who was also very friendly and casual. She emailed me further information regarding references and other details needed.
- What would be your approach when dealing with a customer unsure about the amount of money to take abroad?
- Tell me about your past experiences with ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Can you share your experience in managing customer complaints?
Sales Consultant
I applied online, and then had a phone call with a recruiter. They asked me some standard sales questions. After that, I was invited for a face-to-face interview. The in-person interview was about 40 minutes long and focused mostly on sales and my performance. They also asked about my previous job.
- Can you tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer and what you did?
- How did you handle an annoying customer?
