Customer Service Representative
Initial phone call to confirm, then a regular interview with competency-based questions. It wasn't too difficult. Some numerical questions were asked, as well as about familiarity with currency exchange. Heard back after a couple of weeks and was good to start working. Training is provided.

Customer Service Representative
First, you'll get a call to invite you for an interview. Then, they'll set a date for the face-to-face interview. The management is very friendly. You'll have to do three tests in a short amount of time. They'll give you a calculator if you need one.

Customer Service Representative
The interview started with a chat with one person who asked about my past jobs. After that, there was a math test, and if I didn't pass that, I wouldn't move on. The interview was in person at the supermarket where the office is.
