Behavioral

The interview process was very brief and the management didn't seem very welcoming. They're unprofessional and overwork their employees, who are also very underpaid and have to struggle a lot due to the weak management. They cut your hours for every little thing, are always slandering the employees, and allow the workspace to feel unwelcoming.

I submitted my application online and got a call for an interview within two weeks. I met with the general manager, who was really nice and asked me some standard questions. Later that same day, I got an email saying I was hired and needed to complete some paperwork online. Now I'm just waiting for them to call me with my start date and pay rate.

They really needed someone in the kitchen, so I ended up taking a Buffet Cook job instead of the Cashier position I applied for. I was offered a higher salary than I initially expected. Also, the workplace is very conveniently located close to my home.

  • Are you familiar with preparing food for a buffet?
