I applied back in August and had 3 interviews. The first was a 1 on 1 phone call with a recruiter in early August. Then I had another 1 on 1 phone interview with a different recruiter in mid-August. Finally, I had a Teams interview with two senior people the first week of September. The interview went really well and I felt like we were on the same page. I asked if they had any concerns about my background or interview, and they said no, in fact, they really liked my experience and background, even my military experience. They said I'd hear back soon, but it's been a month now. I've emailed 3 times for an update and haven't heard anything back, so I think I've been ghosted. Felt like a waste of my time.
