I had an initial phone screen with a Senior Sales Talent Partner at TNAA. It went well, and they said my resume and notes would go to the hiring manager. But then, on a Saturday, I got a rejection email with no explanation, just two days later. I replied to thank the recruiter and asked for feedback to help me improve, but never heard back. I know decisions can be fast and not everyone gets picked, but better communication and some feedback would make a big difference. I'm thankful for the interview and hope the company gets better at being open and communicating with people.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and felt more like a chat than a formal interview, making it easy to get hired and succeed in training too. There were 3 interviews in total, and they seem to be always hiring.

Behavioral Technical

I got contacted by a corporate recruiter about a month after applying for the Recruiting Specialist job at TNAA. The initial recruiter phone screen was pretty thorough and included interview questions. The recruiter was upfront about job expectations and salary. After that, I was told I'd get an online assessment invitation that takes about 2 hours, with math, personality, and judgment questions. It's a lot of work, but I get why they do it to make sure employees are a good fit. Within a week of finishing the assessment, I had a phone interview with a department director. Then, in the same week, I interviewed with another director. During that call, we set up a time to chat with someone currently in the role I applied for (informal). A couple days later, I got an offer. Everyone was really nice and made me feel comfortable. The recruiter was great at communicating, calling and texting me to set up the interviews. The whole process was positive and efficient.

Technical Other

I went through the entire interview process which included 3 calls and an online assessment that took over an hour to complete and I never heard anything back about whether I was to be offered or denied the position. This seemed very unprofessional, especially for an organization of this size. I understand not replying to every applicant but when someone spends a lot of time preparing for the multiple interviews, stepping away f rom their current job to get on the calls, completing the assessment, and sending a follow up post-interview email, at the very least, it'd be courteous to send an automated email notifying them that they're not going to be hired instead of leaving them waiting in anticipation for days on end.
