It felt pretty disorganized and unprofessional, honestly. We had to wait around in a group on bleachers for like 4 hours before talking to a team lead. It was a really long wait and not a good look for the company, felt like they didn't care about our time. Most of the hiring seemed to be group stuff, not individual interviews, which made it feel impersonal. They should really make the process more organized and faster.

The interview was a quick and smooth zoom meeting where they described the job. Afterwards, equipment was sent to my home. The commission is misleading and they avoided talking about it even during the interview. The training was good though. Overall, the job would be great if the commission was even average like other companies offered.

After applying on Indeed, I got invited to a big hiring event at their North Charlotte spot. We were put into groups of about 30 other people. First, we went to a room and waited for like 20 minutes. Then, HR came in and showed a slide with more info on the company, the work vibe, and a quick rundown of pay and benefits. After that, we were moved to the work area to a waiting spot and waited to be called for a 1-on-1 interview with someone who works there. I waited about 30-45 minutes before my turn. My interviewer was nice and chill, and the interview took about 15-20 minutes. It wasn't too tough, they just asked about my past work stuff and repeated some of what we heard in the first presentation.
