Insurance Agent
It felt pretty disorganized and unprofessional, honestly. We had to wait around in a group on bleachers for like 4 hours before talking to a team lead. It was a really long wait and not a good look for the company, felt like they didn't care about our time. Most of the hiring seemed to be group stuff, not individual interviews, which made it feel impersonal. They should really make the process more organized and faster.
- Can you tell me about your availability?
- What hours can you work?
- When can you start?
Software Developer
The interview was held on Bar Raiser. I was asked questions about finding the last k events in a timeline (10min), LLD of a parking system (20min), and software development questions related to HLD like Scalability, Blue Green Deployment, and Canary Release (30m).

Sales Agent
it's a pretty straightforward process. First, you'll go through a week of training and then pass an insurance test. After that, there's another week of training before your actual job starts. Once you begin, you'll spend about a month answering phones before you're fully integrated into the role.
- What's your approach to dealing with a rude person?
Business Specialist
HR called me about 3 weeks after I applied and explained the role and pay (60-65k). Then, I interviewed with two VPs. After that, I was given a 2-hour data analysis assignment. I met with two more VPs to discuss the assignment, followed by an interview with a manager. Finally, I was invited to the office for more interviews. They said I'd meet two people (one I'd met before and someone new), but when I got there, I ended up meeting three completely different people. I was there for 1.5 hours for these interviews. The office interviews were very one-sided, which is odd considering they kept talking about 'vibe' and 'being real.' The whole process felt long and unnecessary for a role seemingly aimed at recent graduates.
- What about this role caught your attention?
- Could you share your experience in using data analysis to solve problems?
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
