This was one of the most unorganized interview processes I’ve experienced. I completed a total of four interviews. During the third, I met with the executive team — one of whom arrived 15 minutes late. By that point, I already sensed this wasn’t the right company for me. On the same morning as my final interview with two Executive Assistants, I had fortunately received another offer from another company. I found it unusual to have a panel interview with two EAs for an EA role, but I went through with it. Unfortunately, that last interview left me feeling uncomfortable and discriminated against based on race — something I will never tolerate.

The interview process felt easy and comfortable. The people interviewing me helped me feel relaxed. There were three interview stages in total. Most of the questions were basic and felt like a chat, mainly asking about my background, what motivates me, and my understanding of the job.

Behavioral Other

Went through 2 rounds of interviews, which were more like chats. The first one was pretty chill. The second one, I talked with three employees and they asked a lot of behavioral questions. It was a great experience overall, and everyone was super friendly. Some questions from the first interview came up again in the second.

Behavioral Technical Other

After applying, the HR contact emailed me to schedule a 30-minute introductory call to discuss my general background and experience. Following that, I received an assessment test covering grammar, math, and spatial reasoning skills. Upon completion of the assessment, I was invited for an in-person meeting with the head of the marketing and PR team. During this meeting, we had a good discussion, and I was tasked with a skills test where I had to write a press release for a fictional company deal. After this interview, HR reached out again to arrange a remote interview with my potential manager. Unfortunately, after this final interview, I was informed they intended to make a swift decision and would be in touch. I was then essentially ghosted by HR. I had to follow up to see if anything else was needed from my side and to get a timeline for a decision. HR indicated a decision might be made by the following Monday. I never heard back.
