Project Manager
It was pretty simple and straightforward. There were four people on the panel, and each person asked 3-4 questions. They asked some HR questions, some about my skills, and some about my project details. It was simple and straight forward. Four people on the panel, 3-4 questions each. HR, skills, and project details were covered.
- Can you tell me a little about yourself?
Project Manager
I first spoke with a third-party recruiter, and then had interviews with the hiring managers. They were in a hurry to fill the position, and I got the offer faster than I expected. However, they couldn't promise WFH days before I started, and the office was much farther away than the recruiter had said. Since I couldn't commit to five days a week at that distant location, I had to decline the offer.
- What are your standard project management qualifications?
Project Support Officer
I had an interview over MS Teams with three people on the panel. It started with some general questions about my past work experience, and then we moved on to behavioral questions. Something good was that they put the behavioral questions in the chat each time, so I could read them instead of asking them to repeat, which was helpful because those questions can be complicated.
- Can you describe the main responsibilities of your previous position and explain how they aided the team and project results? What tools and resources did you utilize?
