Went through an assessment centre then had a panel interview with HR and a previous cadet. It was pretty relaxed with four questions total. Everything was done on MS Teams. I also got a question ahead of time to prepare a short 5-minute oral presentation.

It was a multi-mini interview. There were four separate rooms, each with two interviewers. The overall interview coordinator would ring a bell, then you'd go into the room, sit down, and have 5 minutes to answer a question. You could leave anytime, not obligated to use the full 5 minutes. Then there was a 1 minute break before the next room. There were 5 candidates and 4 rooms, so one person was on a break while the other 4 were interviewed. It was a really quick process, which I found quite relaxing. I liked the format, but I can see how it might feel impersonal and daunting. They stressed using STAR to answer questions.

You start with an online application, submitting your resume and answering some initial questions. Then, there's an online test with short math and logic problems. After that, it's a mixed multi-interview round, which consists of four to five minute interviews, with two interviewers in each room. The whole process is done within 40 minutes. Then there's an assessment center, followed by a person check, and finally, an offer.
