The whole thing took about 4 months. First, there were two online tests, which were pretty simple and had situational and video questions. They care more about how you do on these tests than your resume. After that, I had an in-person assessment centre (AC). It was organised well and the interviewers were nice. The AC had 3 parts: a group exercise, a presentation, and a competency-based interview. They sent out info on the tasks and presentation prep two weeks before the AC. There were technical questions in the interview and after the presentation. Doing your research on TFL and what they're up to is key, and you need to show why you're keen on the job.

The interview was remote and focused mostly on competency-based questions. There was not much discussion about my previous experience. An in-person interview was not planned to follow the remote one, so I wouldn't have gotten to see the facilities.

Started with an online application, which was actually pretty good and simple, unlike some others that ask for way too much info upfront. Then came online testing, pretty standard stuff you see elsewhere. After that, a video interview, my first time doing one, but it was chill and gave plenty of time per question, though you don't have to use it all. Finally, an assessment centre, one of the more relaxed ones, well organised and ran smoothly. The team there were super helpful and tried to make it as stress-free as possible.
