The whole AC experience was great. AC includes a presentation (materials are sent to your email beforehand), an individual interview, and a group discussion. I believe if you are well-prepared, the interview and presentation would not be a problem, but group discussion is tricky. (I think I have failed that part ;(( Staffs are friendly.

First there was a CV review, then some personality/situational multiple choice questions, followed by a video interview (examples below). Then an assessment centre, but I didn't make it past the video interview.

The standard process is submitting an application, then online assessments, followed by a video interview and a final assessment centre. I only got to the video interview stage. It was the type where you have a minute or two to answer a question that pops up on the screen. My advice is to make sure your internet is stable before starting because it deleted one of my answers when it disconnected.
