It started with an online application where I had to put in my personal info. Then there was an online assessment which gave feedback on my strengths and weaknesses. After that, I did another online assessment combined with a video interview, mostly asking about motivations and behavioral stuff. The final stage was an assessment centre.

After an initial application, successful candidates received an invitation for a few assessments. These included a Situational Strengths test where responses to situations were ranked, and a 'G+' test combining numerical, verbal, and inductive reasoning. Practice tests were provided. The next step was a video interview with three questions: about your skills/attributes, why you want to join TFL, and an example of taking responsibility for your own development. The rejection email came quickly with feedback on the tests, but not the video interview.
