Industrial Placement Student
After applying, I had to do an online assessment which included situational judgements and psychometric behaviour tests. At the end of these tasks, I also had to do a series of video answers, each up to two minutes long.

The interview process included an online assessment, which was pretty standard and nothing technically challenging. Then there was an Assessment Centre that has been the same for 5 years. It involved 3 rounds: a group case study, a competency-based interview, and a presentation that needed to be prepared and submitted beforehand. After that, there's a background check.
- Could you present something regarding the Bakerloo line extension?
Intern
applied, then did a psychometric test, followed by a pre-recorded interview asking about myself, my interest in the role, and TFL. The final stage was an assessment centre with a presentation and an interview focused on competencies they provided beforehand.
