The interview process included an online assessment, which was pretty standard and nothing technically challenging. Then there was an Assessment Centre that has been the same for 5 years. It involved 3 rounds: a group case study, a competency-based interview, and a presentation that needed to be prepared and submitted beforehand. After that, there's a background check.
