The hiring process has multiple steps. First, there are online exams, then classroom-based exams at one of their offices. After that, you do a role-play exercise, followed by a scenario-based interview. The best advice is to be confident. I didn't find the classroom exams too hard, just make sure to read and follow the instructions carefully. The role-play was the trickiest part for me. Take your time listening to the actor, try to stay calm, and if you start to feel overwhelmed, take a moment to step aside and 'review your notes' since they are quite understanding about this. Regain your composure and give it your best shot.
- In the scenario-based interview, what are your thoughts on what constitutes excellent customer service?

So I had an HR team with no ethical standards. After getting the offer, I asked the company to apply for a visa and gave them the application. After two weeks, no response and they ignored my calls and emails. Then, two weeks later, they sent an email to everyone, even those with offers. This incompetent team made me have to leave the UK in 20 days, which I wasn't ready for. It would have been fine if they told me upfront I couldn't get a visa. The whole team just vanished, it was a surprise. I'd tell anyone applying to think: Will this management improve the London system? Will they treat their staff well?
- How would you handle being unexpectedly required to leave the UK within 20 days?
