I had a good experience with the interviewers, they were all sharp and nice. The process involved 2 screening calls, a direct interview with the manager, a take-home assignment, a presentation of that assignment, a Zoom interview with the head of the department, and finally an HR interview which I didn't get through. The recruiter was not very helpful, I had to chase her for information and she forgot to tell me important stuff before an interview. After 2 months, she didn't even have the guts to call me to tell me I failed. Very unprofessional.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was really slow and disorganized. I had five rounds over a month, with big gaps and barely any communication. After the last interview, they just said they were 'still reviewing other candidates,' and then nothing. It felt like they didn't respect my time or effort, which says a lot about their hiring culture.

Behavioral Case

I was initially contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn back in December. After a brief chat, they decided to move me forward. My first interview was a 30-minute phone call with the hiring manager. The next week, I had three separate 30-minute Zoom meetings with individuals I'd be collaborating with. Then, I had one last 30-minute Zoom session with the hiring manager for a final discussion and to address a few more questions. The recruiter kept me in the loop really well throughout the process. I got an offer a few days after that last interview.

Technical Coding

I had a phone call interview and an onsite interview, which were standard for initial interviews. After those, I received a take-home test. The test instructions were very brief. I asked the tech lead for clarification, and they provided additional requirements not initially stated in the instructions. I submitted the test and was rejected. Upon requesting feedback, I discovered even more requirements that were not inferable from the original test instructions. I've done many take-home tests at other companies, and this was by far the worst experience.
