Customer Success Manager
The interviews took over a month to complete. After that, I had to wait another 3 weeks to find out they chose someone else. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and polite, but I was disappointed by the lengthy process. They kept telling me how much they liked my profile throughout, and then ultimately I didn't get the offer.
- What are your thoughts on the typical interview questions?
Customer Success Manager
There were 3 stages. First, an initial screen to give a brief on the role and get a read of the applicant. Then, a more in-depth conversation with team members where they address more of the day-to-day, team dynamics and assess your fit. Lastly, a final round with the line manager for the role so they can gain an understanding of the applicant's experience and fit.
- How is your experience best suited to handle client requests and feedback, drive renewals, and maintain a positive company image?
Customer Success Manager
My interview was going great and was just about finished when someone, who was invited to the meeting popped in at the last minute. My 30 minute scheduled meeting turned into an hour long meeting where I answered the same questions twice, though the second person who showed up late seemed irritated and clearly wasn’t having a good day. For someone who has been tasked to find talented individuals for customer facing roles, I would have expected a more professional and pleasant interaction. I was not pleased with the irritation the interviewer seemed to be expressing towards me, even after showing up 30 minutes late to a 30 minute scheduled interview.
- Can you walk me through your background and professional history?
