Call Center Representative
The interview process was completed in a single day. There were likely about 3 interview types: an initial one, then the main interview, and finally the job offer. It was quite fast, though I hope it didn't go until 3 AM, because they expect you to be in the office at 11 AM the next day.
- Can you tell me what you know about the BPO industry?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was great and professional. The questions were easy, so don't be nervous. It included a language assessment, a call interview, and a final interview. I'm still waiting to hear back after the final interview and hoping to pass, especially as a fresher in this job.
- What makes you a good candidate for this role?
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was pretty straightforward. They asked simple questions about your education, work history, and which office location you'd prefer. The interviewers were nice, but also a bit intimidating. You can apply by using their online link or through social media.
- Could you share your highest level of education and your expected salary range?
