Tech Support
3 rounds total. It started with an online assessment which had some easy tech related assessments, an internet speed check, and a questionnaire about your availability. Then there was a video interview, followed by a group interview. If you passed, you got a job offer and could pick your start date.
- Can you tell me about your experience with technology and customer service?
Tech Support
A few days after my initial application, I got an interview email. I scheduled the interview for a few days later. The interview itself was a group session lasting about 30 minutes. It was a Q&A format, and they let us know on the spot if we got the job. I was surprised by how quickly they made offers to me and the others. I accepted and waited for the official offer letter.
- What's your approach to dealing with an angry customer?
Tech Support
The interview process was really long, like 7 hours. There were lots of assessments, and even a mock chat and a mock call. It included initial and final interviews. Some of the final interviewers didn't speak English very well. Out of 100 applicants, nobody passed. They didn't offer any free food or coffee.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
