Bid Manager
After I submitted my CV, I got an email from HR to do two online tests within 24 hours. One test was for English language skills and the other was for a Contact Centre Agent role, which was weird because I applied for Bid Manager. They said CVs aren't considered and the tests will show my real skills for the job. But, dealing with a customer unsure about a product isn't something I've done in my 10 years as a Bid Manager.
- How would you respond to a customer who is uncertain about a product they purchased?
Manager
It was a completely online interview, the atmosphere was great. I got timely feedback and the recruiter was professional. The process was quick and satisfying, with no issues at all. They gave me a full picture of the scope and expectations and answered all my additional questions.
- What motivates you for this position?
- Can you describe your experience with customers?
Senior Manager
The interview involved discussing past experiences. I was asked about the overall productivity of my role and to walk through my day-to-day responsibilities. We also discussed the job description, tasks assigned, and my involvement in hiring and marketing sourcing activities.
