The hiring process is quite fast after you get the interview offer, you're almost guaranteed the job. It's a single interview where they'll ask you a couple of questions in Spanish and then some general interview questions in English. For me, it felt more like a formality since they practically handed me the job. I was an internal hire, so that might have influenced things.

It was okay. The interview took almost a month since it was for a pioneer account. During the initial interview, I was asked the usual interview questions like my work experiences, details about myself, how I handle customers, something like that. On the final interview, I was asked only one question, which is what do I like about customer service. After that, we wait I think two days regarding the JO.
