The interview process was really bad, I've reported them to the BBB and the FTC for their inappropriate behaviors.

It literally felt like a sales pitch, starting with a weird mixer vibe with about 5-10 other interviewees. Then there was an hour and a half pitch about why you should invest in the job. It's commission only with no base pay, kind of the opposite of a good job interview. It seemed like they weren't focused on us as individuals and just wanted to add people to the team. It costs over $500 to start, and then you're immediately supposed to sign up friends and family. It really felt like a pyramid scheme.

This interview process was really bad, they didn't seem to care about who they hired. Their main focus was just on whether you knew people you could sell insurance to. The office itself is nice, but there isn't much support for the agents and the turnover rate is high.
