Behavioral

The hiring managers were easy to talk to. As far as behavioral questions, they only asked a couple of "how did you react in this scenario" type of questions. I believe the overall experience was average for an interview, but I will say that the hiring managers seemed to care more about your goals in the company rather than past experiences or your interview skills.

The interview was quite laid-back. The recruiter reviewed my resume and discussed topics they found interesting. It was a very conversational interview where they asked straightforward questions about teamwork, my strengths, and weaknesses.

Behavioral

Had a phone interview first, then met with the team members. It was a pretty standard behavioral interview, no technical stuff. They asked about my resume, for examples of things on my resume, and about leadership principles. The people I met were really cool, but it seems like most of them have left the company already.
