First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Transact.
Client Services Manager
I applied straight through the Transact website and they got in touch a few days later for a phone chat. We talked about my past jobs, uni, why I wanted to work for Transact, and just generally about me; it took about 20 mins. After that, I got sent some online tests which were pretty easy. The next day, they called me up to invite me for a face-to-face interview. This involved an in-tray exercise where I had to rank tasks by importance and say why, do a practice phone call with a financial advisor, and answer some general interview questions.

Client Services Manager
I applied online and then had a phone chat that was about 25-30 minutes long. After that, I had to do some online tests, covering verbal reasoning and numerical skills. If I passed those, I was invited to an assessment day. The assessment day involved retaking the tests, writing a sample email, doing a mock phone call, a task where I had to prioritize things, and then a final interview focusing on my competencies. The whole assessment day took up to 3 hours.
