Dotnet Developer
The technical concepts focused on programming and C# concepts. Two technical Interviews will be part of the interview process. The questions below are first-round questions. The interview is of average difficulty.

Software Engineer
I had a phone screening with a recruiter initially, just a few light tech questions. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager and a senior engineer. This one dug more into my tech background and some basic programming stuff. They gave me some pointers for the next step and suggested I prepare something to showcase. I got an email about two and a half weeks later to schedule the in-person interview, but I had already accepted another offer by then. Too bad, I think I would have liked working at Trane.

The interview went well. They really make sure that you know about the company and the role you are stepping into. They were very receptive to questions about their company and culture. They also had people with varying years of experience to speak with so you could get an idea of what it's like at all levels of your career.
