Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trammell Crow Company.
Senior Associate
The interview process was pretty standard. I met with a bunch of really smart people in the office, and they seemed to be checking out both my personality and if I had the right qualifications. Having an MBA is apparently a bonus.
- What makes you interested in TCC?
- What about this specific role appeals to you?
Associate
I had two phone calls with principals and an associate, then a super day where I met with people from different business units. It was mostly behavioral and scenario-based, with a few technical questions mixed in.
- Tell me about your understanding of development.
Senior Associate
Started with an initial virtual interview. It was a mix of behavioral, real estate trends, and background questions. There was one technical development question. They suggested studying real estate trends since they might ask about those. Mostly, it involved going through my resume and answering situational questions. Overall, it was pretty standard.
- Can you name two real estate trends and explain their potential impact on TCC?
