I went through a virtual interview process, followed by two in-person interviews. I ended up declining the offer because of some uncertainty around their return-to-office policy. Trammell is a much larger company than I initially realized, and while their headquarters are in DFW, I believe they have a presence nationwide.

The interview process was pretty standard. I met with a bunch of really smart people in the office, and they seemed to be checking out both my personality and if I had the right qualifications. Having an MBA is apparently a bonus.

The first round, which is part of campus recruiting, is pretty much a get-to-know-you chat. You should definitely be up-to-date on their current projects, though. They really just want to see if you're engaged and informed. It's not too tough overall, but make sure you have a solid reason for wanting to join TCC.
