First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Trajector.
Case Manager
I used to work at a local firm in Houston, and Trajector bought us out. We were basically accepted in, there wasn't really an interview. The main attorneys came down and had a quick chat with each of us.
- How do you think you'd be a good fit for Trajector?
Case Manager
I got a message through indeed and called to set up the interview. Got up that morning and my car wouldn't start. Called and warned I'd be late. Got there, filled out the paperwork and went in. Steve was very professional and to the point. I know exactly what to expect and what not to do. He asked a few questions and I did the same. Then I got taken to a computer and had to take a typing test and a logistics test. Wasn't warned about that before hand. Finished and left. Got a call about 3 days later and offered the job. Pretty quick experience overall.
- Are you an emotional person?
Hiring Manager
The interview process was straightforward. It involved a math question, a grammar question, and some standard interview questions. The initial interview was conducted over the phone, followed by an in-person meeting. The interviewers were friendly and maintained a relaxed atmosphere.
- Could you spell a word for us?
