Behavioral Coding

There was an HR interview and then a technical interview. They asked general front-end questions, followed by two live coding exercises. If they don't like you, they just ghost you without feedback, so don't waste your time because they don't respect candidates.

Behavioral Technical Coding Other

I was contacted on LinkedIn and the selection process was quite extensive, spanning about 1 to 2 months. It started with an initial chat with HR. Then, I had to do two behavior tests (Kolbe and another I don't recall) and a Wonderlic test. After that, I received a technical challenge on Hackerrank, which had technical questions, a code review part, and a coding implementation, taking about 2.5 hours. This was followed by a technical interview with two interviewers, where they asked questions and gave me problems to solve. Next, I had to fill out a long form with personal details and work references. Then came a nearly 2-hour meeting with HR, called the "Tandem Interview". I understand you have to "pass" each stage to move to the next. Throughout, I got positive feedback, so I was looking forward to the final decision. But recently, they told me they decided not to make an offer because the CEO preferred candidates with specific e-commerce project experience. My issue is that this seemed crucial and was clear from my CV from the start. I think the process could have been smoother by checking these essential requirements early on to avoid wasting so much time for everyone.

Behavioral Technical

It was a video call interview with three rounds. The first round was just an intro, the second was a bit technical, and the third was more about how I'd handle different situations. The interviewers were nice and the whole experience was good.
