This company is a joke and I'm glad I didn't end up working there. It was completely disorganized, chaotic, and disrespectful! There were 6 interviews in total, and the last one got rescheduled 7 times! The HR person was completely unprofessional and actually said, 'have a little bit more of patience, we are almost hiring you.' They never had the decency to get back to me and explain why. I feel sorry for anyone who gets hired from this joke of a 'company'!

Inventory Lead
It started with a LinkedIn message from a friendly recruiter who explained the company. I was asked about willingness for unpaid overtime, which was interesting given the company's good reputation. The process had distinct steps: an initial interview, then three online tests (two for personality, one technical). This part was good. But the technical interview wasn't what I expected. The interviewer focused too much on small details like transaction codes, instead of how to solve problems generally. I think understanding the big picture is more important as details can be looked up. My view of the company is neutral, but I didn't connect well with the potential manager, which I feel is key. Also, HR wanted to verify my CV in detail next. While I get why they need to check things, it felt overly strict and made me think the company might be very rigid.

Software Engineer
I was told upfront by the recruiter that it would be a lengthy process. I had an initial hour-long call with the recruiter that was recorded, where we discussed the role and my background. Following that, I went through three culture fit assessments, each taking about 20 minutes, and a HackerRank assessment that lasted around 40 minutes. After these initial steps, I had another recorded culture fit interview lasting 45 minutes. A week later, I had a one-hour technical interview with the engineering team. During the second interview, there were several concerning moments where I was asked very personal questions like 'Who do you live with,' 'How big is your apartment,' and 'Do you have any illnesses?'. I was also questioned on how I manage intense work pressure and what I do to de-stress. They also inquired about my willingness to work overtime without compensation. Despite these questionable inquiries, the interviewer was pleasant, and it wasn't an entirely negative experience. Post the technical interview, the recruiter became unresponsive. I reached out two weeks later for feedback, but received no reply. This whole experience took up about 5 hours of my time, and they couldn't even manage a simple rejection notice. It's worth mentioning that after noticing some red flags, I connected with former employees on LinkedIn, and they all advised me to seek opportunities elsewhere, so perhaps I avoided a bad situation.

Marketing Manager
It was long but in depth. I met with recruiters first, then spoke with various team members. There were also assessments to do. The team members were direct and gave me clarity on the company culture. Overall, it was a good experience with the recruiters.
