The interview process involved an initial HR phone call, then a technical phone interview. The HR call included a self-introduction, some behavioral questions, and a review of my resume, lasting about 20 minutes. The technical phone interview, lasting around 30 minutes, focused on C++ basics and multi-threading concepts. The interviewer would point out issues with my answers if they felt I wasn't qualified.

TT's recruitment team reached out. The whole process had a phone interview with them, then another phone interview with the hiring manager, a take-home coding assignment, and finally an onsite interview. At the onsite, there was a timed test, an interview with two developers about my background and basic skills, another interview with two developers to discuss the onsite and take-home tests plus some whiteboard questions, an interview with two managers, and finally a chat with the VP of engineering. It was pretty exhausting, but everyone was really nice and helpful. The whole thing took about 2 weeks from first contact to an offer, though we had some trouble scheduling the interviews.

The technical round was easy. They asked about previous projects and some simple python data manipulation questions. The managerial round went well. Then HR ghosted me and didn't reply about the result, so I don't know if I got rejected or accepted. Very bad experience, not professional.
