Technical Coding

The interview process was smooth and straightforward. It wasn't overly technical, and you didn't need to write extensive code. However, having a good grasp of basic programming concepts is beneficial. For an SDET role, they place a strong emphasis on Python and Git.

Went through 2 rounds: first was an online assessment with 4 core front-end tech questions and 2 ReactJS questions, all pretty simple but the platform was terrible for debugging. Second round was a video call with the lead engineer, went well and felt like I aced it, but turns out the interviewer wasn't that skilled. Never heard back after that, even after reaching out to HR for feedback. Honestly, don't bother applying.

Behavioral Technical

Applied for a Junior Sales Analyst role in Geneva. The interview process had 3 rounds and took about 3 weeks. The HR from Chicago informed me in December that the process might be prolonged due to New Year's Eve PTO. I waited 2-3 weeks, then reached out for an update on my application but received no feedback at all. My emails, voicemails, and calls were never returned. I'm fine with rejection, but a simple 'no' would have been appreciated. In general, the process felt unprofessional and disorganized, like they were making it up as they went.

Technical Behavioral

I had a phone interview with HR, followed by a 1-hour technical interview with an architect focusing on OOP and basic C# concepts. It seemed to go well, but then when I asked about the position's duties, they said it was exclusively Javascript development, and they didn't ask me any questions about Javascript. Later, HR said the interview went well and they are now trying to find teams interested in my profile. Seems like miscommunication or a subtle rejection.
