The initial steps were super smooth and well-organized by the team. I really connected with the hiring manager and the person who interviewed me, and they gave me solid feedback. I made it to the final round, which was an interview with a Managing Director. Afterward, I was told I'd hear back in a few days about the outcome. I never heard anything, despite following up multiple times. No rejection, no confirmation, just silence. It was really unprofessional and left a bad impression.

First, an HR call. Then, interviews with managers. Finally, an interview with the MD. It was a very friendly, polite, and welcoming experience. The discussions were mostly based on my CV and my overall fit for the team and its responsibilities. They also took some time to explain how things work and what to expect.

So I had three interviews. First was a call with HR. Then I had a Zoom with three different department leads. Lastly, I did a group interview with the other interns. Everyone was super nice, honestly. The main thing was to know about the company and be able to discuss your resume and what you've done. I was really nervous but they were all so friendly. Even the group interview was fun and not overly competitive.
