We had two 45-min interviews over Zoom. The first one covered C++ and some behavioral stuff. The second one had two easy LeetCode problems and a design question. It was a pretty smooth process overall.

I got a call from a recruiter who found my resume online. They set up a 30-minute phone chat. It was mostly basic questions about C++, Unix, and network programming. They asked about class structures, members, inheritance, and how virtual functions operate. There were also questions on networking client-server systems, SQL, and shell scripting. I think I answered most of them correctly. About two weeks later, the recruiter contacted me again to let me know the job was put on hold.

First, there was the typical HR call. Then, an online test with some C++ questions. This was followed by a one-hour Zoom interview with the technical panel, covering topics like smart pointers, inheritance, virtual functions, and general C++ basics. Unfortunately, no feedback was provided by the hiring team.
