First, I had a phone interview with the recruiter, which was super awkward because they barely spoke. It was really hard to talk to someone who wouldn't engage. When it was time for the in-person interview, they just scheduled it without asking what day worked for me, which I thought was strange. The next part was a face-to-face interview with the manager. That went okay. I felt like I had a lot of relevant experience to share with him, but he wasn't really interested in hearing about me. He just wanted to tell me about the job duties. He didn't seem to take my attempts to connect my experience seriously, which was frustrating. He was supposed to let me know last week if I'd be moving on, but they didn't get back to me until now, which felt unprofessional. I didn't get to the next stage, and I'm not sure why, but it is what it is. The company's concept is actually pretty cool. When we talked about pay, they were really vague and wouldn't give a clear answer. I didn't directly ask, but it seemed odd they wouldn't be upfront. Anyway, it also seemed pretty low.

I went through 3 interviews. First, there was a phone interview. Then I talked to the general manager of the local office. After that, I interviewed with his boss, who I think was a regional manager.

It was a three interview process. It started with a phone interview with the Sales Manager. Then an office dual interview with the General Manager and Sales Manager. Then a ride along with the Sales Manager and then an interview with the Regional Manager. All very transparent.
