the interviewer really wanted to know about my past work, what i'm good at, and who can vouch for me. they explained the company and what they expect from workers, and what i should expect. after checking my references and doing a pre-employment screening, i started working. i'm liking it at tradesmen so far.

I was contacted by a recruiter and asked to apply online. When I applied, I got a call almost immediately. They were in need of people immediately. I went in and filled out paperwork and there wasn't much of an interview. They need bodies and don't seem to care much about whether you can do the job.
