Workforce Coordinator
I never met with my actual potential new manager. They said there would be a 3rd interview, but there never was. It just went straight to an offer. They wanted a response QUICK, and it wasn't a great offer.
- Can you tell me how many cold calls you make in your current role?
Workforce Coordinator
The interview process was very easy and completely remote. While I would recommend preparing, it felt more like a conversation than anything else. The interviews were conducted via Zoom and were straightforward.
- What are your strategies for staying organized?
Workforce Coordinator
Super straightforward interview process. Started with a 30 min video screening call. Then, had a second video chat that was about 30-45 minutes long with a manager and some upper management people. The whole thing took less than a week and I got an offer.
- Tell me about your recruiting experience.
- Can you quantify how many cold dials you make weekly?
