The interview experience felt pretty chill. The store manager was super approachable and easy to chat with. The first interview focused on my retail management background, and then we took a walk around the store where the manager asked me some questions about merchandising and planograms. The second interview involved two more store managers, and we discussed how I understand P&L, sales, and operations.

I had 3 interviews in total. The first was with the hiring store manager, the second with another experienced store manager from a different location, and the final one with the District Manager. It was all pretty laid-back, focusing on getting to know each other, our personalities, and if I'd be a good fit for the team. We discussed the responsibilities and the specific aspects of the store I'd be managing. Overall, it felt like a solid and comprehensive process.

Got an email from a recruiter, then did a phone interview with them. After that, a District Manager called and asked me to come to the store for an interview. They then set up an interview with the store manager. After three interviews, the recruiter emailed again to say I didn't get the job. Apparently, they already knew who they were going to hire and the interviews were just to meet a quota. Don't waste your time with this company.
