Intern
So for me, it was two interviews total, although I know some other interns had up to four. The first one, I met with the entire team for the role I was looking at. The second interview was a one-on-one with my manager.
- Tell me about your technical experience.
Intern
Got referred by university recruiters for a corporate internship. Went through about 6 interviews over 4 months. Each interview asked the same basic questions about experience, coursework, and career goals. Interviewed by different people each time, but they all asked the same things, like they didn't talk to each other. Took weeks to hear back after each interview, even though I called them every week. Seems like a lot for a 3-month internship to have 6 interviews over 4 months.
- What is your opinion on why the interview process has involved so many rounds for you?
Intern
The interview process focused heavily on the company itself. A significant portion of the questions revolved around how hiring me would benefit the company. It was unusual that no questions were asked about my personal background.
- What are your reasons for wanting to join this company?
