So after the coding round which was easy with basic C++ syntax, there was a tech interview focusing on Java and oops concepts. They also asked some SQL queries and a small 2 sum program, this lasted 40 minutes. Finally, after the second round, I had to create a Salesforce demo project, and the third round was about this project. I felt the interviewer didn't quite get the business model I was going for.

Behavioral Technical Coding

It was a 4-stage interview process. First, I had a recruiter call from traction to check my interest and set up an in-person interview. They were flexible with scheduling. Second, there was an in-office non-technical interview to assess company fit, discuss past projects, and explain how the company operates. It was a relaxed interview with friendly interviewers. Third, a technical interview where I had to code a sample application. Even if you haven't used Salesforce before, they are looking for basic coding skills, your learning ability, and how well you can present your work. Fourth, a culture interview to meet the team and have a casual chat. As long as you're not completely out of line, you'll be fine.
