The hiring process was good, giving me a lot of time to get ready and show off both my technical abilities and how I present things. I feel like the process is designed to see if candidates are open to learning new tools and tech. Everyone I met, from HR to the interviewers, was really professional and helpful.

The interview rounds took almost 1 month. I applied during November 2019 and got my offer letter in December last week. They have a very nice interview pattern that focuses on your capability to learn new things quickly with your current skills. The process includes: 1. Application submission with Q/A's. 2. Personal interview with hiring manager (30-40 min) to understand your experiences and what they are looking for. 3. The Assignment round (Set of Salesforce assignment with 1 week time to submit and present them with a business solution). 4. Cultural Round.

It was a really quick interview. The person interviewing me seemed to have no clue about who I was. They spent the interview looking over my resume and LinkedIn. They were mostly silent during the interview which was weird and didn't ask me any questions. It turns out they were looking for someone with a lot of experience, and I'm not sure why I was even interviewed. I did introduce myself and finished the interview on a good note.
