Project Manager
The interview process is quite rigorous, but an exciting learning opportunity! 1) Phone screening--HR asks general questions. 2) Interview with hiring manager--The director asks you more experience-related questions. 3) Demo interview--Probably the most important step in the process. This is where you showcase your PM skills, as well as how well you know (or can learn) Salesforce. 4) Culture interview--The team wants to get to know you better and give you the chance to ask them any question. This is where they assess whether you're a good fit for the position. I just completed this 4th stage, and awaiting to hear back. Overall, I absolutely love the hiring process. One of the things I liked is that they may offer you a different position (or move you to another department) if they think you'd fit in better.

Project Manager
I applied on their Traction on Demand website. The application system asked me to pick an interview date and time, and also choose between a male or female HR recruiter. I picked the male HR recruiter, and he interviewed me two days later. The recruiter called me exactly on time for the 25-minute interview. He asked me about my past experiences and my motivation for joining the company. I felt I didn't do great in the interview because I found the recruiter to be a bit arrogant and felt distracted by his tone and attitude. By the end, I knew I hadn't performed as well as I did in previous interviews. The HR manager emailed me the next day to let me know I didn't get the job. I was actually relieved not to be offered the position.

Project Manager
This company has a strict 4-step interview process. The interviewers were all very professional and friendly. They are also quite flexible with positions, suggesting other roles based on interviewer feedback. For example, I applied for Project Manager but they recommended a Salesforce Consultant role. The process is: round 1: HR recruiter screening (short), round 2: Hiring manager screening (short), round 3: DEMO relevant to the role (key for skills demonstration and hiring decision), round 4: Culture chat with future team members (you're almost guaranteed the job if you reach this stage).
