I got referred by a new senior employee. First, HR reached out for a general chat about my background and interests. Then, I had a second conversation with the local MD and HR, which was also pretty general. After that, they called it a "Demo" and I had to customize and load data into a Salesforce org, then present it to a panel. They chose the "Data demo" for me based on my background. I was told the panel would be data experts, but on the day, none of them showed up. Instead, I presented to the local MD, HR, and one other person (who wasn't even interviewing). From my end, the demo went well; I showed how I built things based on requirements and gave some guidance. They asked questions and dug deeper into the data area. I haven't heard back from HR, even though he said he'd debrief and let me know about next steps after the demo. I'm assuming they're not moving forward.

Behavioral

I had a 10-minute phone interview with HR, which seemed okay. They didn't dive deep into my job history like I expected. A few days later, I got an email from someone in HR, who I think is the person who replies on Glassdoor. The email wasn't very clear, so I replied asking for more info but got no response. I tried calling him twice and left a voicemail once, still no reply. I'm hoping to hear back from the 'people person' about his email concerning my application.

Technical Presentation Behavioral

I applied through a recruiter. The interview process had 3 rounds: a technical discussion, a demo round, and a cultural round. For the demo round, candidates need to prepare a demo based on the role. This could be a demo on Salesforce or a presentation of an existing project, explaining the rationale behind the approach, not just the execution. The third round was a casual meeting with the team. It was a great experience overall, with HR providing excellent support, clearly explaining the process and maintaining consistent communication.
