Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Track & Field.
Sales Lead
I had an interview with the manager, then with the supervisor, and finally a dynamics activity at HR. This was many years ago, I believe it is different today.
- You will need to sell a brand product to a manager.
- Personal life presentation.
Sales Representative
Very dynamic and interesting interview process. Questions were both personal and professional. They considered availability and willingness a lot. I applied during the Christmas holidays. They asked a lot if I had experience in other brands and stores, but it wasn't essential. The manager was very friendly and explained in detail how the store, stock, etc., worked.
- What is your availability?
- What are your working hours?
- Have you worked in stores before?
Sales Representative
The interview went great and was very relaxed. The recruiter was nice in evaluating the process. It was individual and very laid-back. The selection process involved personally delivering a resume, and after a month, they called for a personal evaluation. Nothing bad to say, except for the lack of response if you don't pass the selection process.
- What are your salary expectations?
- What are your three strengths and weaknesses?
- What were the downsides of your previous job?
