Case Behavioral

The whole thing happened super fast, like, in two weeks. First, a recruiter chat, then I spoke with the hiring manager. The final part was an onsite where I had to do a case study and then a behavioral chat. It was weird though, the hiring manager wasn't even there for the onsite. And I barely got any feedback along the way.

Behavioral Technical

First there was a recruiting screen, then a hiring manager screen. Both people were really rude and kind of stuck up, giving off the vibe they're already better than you because they're at some cool "trillion dollar" startup. The hiring manager showed up looking tired, didn't even introduce themselves, had no structure, and just asked totally random questions throughout while seeming disengaged. Who would want to slave their life away for these kinds of people? Reach out to current and previous employees before accepting to see if it's even worth your time interviewing with them. Save yourself the time and look somewhere else!

Behavioral Other

My interview experience with Traba lasted about two weeks. The interviewers were friendly and asked good questions in a conversational way, and I usually heard back the same day about the next step. I learned about the company by visiting the office and attending Q&A sessions after interviews, which helped me make a good decision when I got the offer. I liked that they were open about what a typical day at Traba is like and enjoyed talking to everyone. I found the interview challenging because they are serious about finding the right people to maintain their high-performance culture and achieve great results.
